The Atari 'ST'-series

The Atari 'ST'-series marked a new era im computing at that time: Atari's 16bit computer-line. The expression 'ST' ('sixteen / thirtytwo') refers to the processor's bus architecture (Motorola 68k) ; 16bit external and 32bit internal addressing.
A new kind of Atari-computing has been invented: 'GUI' (like on the Apple 'Macintosh'.
