Two masterpieces in computer technology

The Atari '400' and the Atari '800'

The Atari'400' and the Atari '800' were released in 1979. Those two computers (the '400' being shipped with a keypad instead of a real keyboard) marked the beginning of Atari's participation in the computer business.

Atari faced competitors like CBM (Commodore), Apple and, of course, IBM - today we exactly know who has won this race; but Atari - just like Apple - was (as always) very innovative in its efforts.
