Atari 'Spector' 'Spector' was one of
the possible names for the Atari 'Cosmos' (which was never released). Unlike the 'Cosmos', which used static backdrop holgraphy, the 'Spector' was supposed to use a spinning cylinder in its center that would have created a near-3-dimensional playfield. Up to 3 players
could play against each other simultaneously. The goal was to shoot at the
opponent who then had to try to deflect the shot...
