Atari V.I.P. 'n...s'

OLLMANN, KLAUS

Klaus Ollmann was head of Atari Germany from April 1st 1981 until 1984.


OPPERMAN, GEORGE (1935 - 1985)

George Opperman was the first designing artist to be hired by Atari; he designed the famous "FUJI" logo.


POLARO, ROBERT ('BOB')

Robert ('Bob') Polaro programmed games like 'Defender', 'Real Sports Volleyball' and 'Desert Falcon' (all for Atari).


REHBOCK, BILL

Atari's vice-president of third-party-development. Later on, Bill started working at a company called 'VM Labs', a company with many former Atari employees (Martin Brennan, Jeff Minter, John Mathieson) that helped develop and distribute the Jaguar. 'VM Labs' created the 'Nuon', a specialised chipset for DVD players.
Bill now works at 'NVidia', as well as John Mathieson.


ROBINETT, WARREN

Warren Robinett programmed 'Slot Racers' and 'Adventure' for the 2600. 'Adventure' was the first game in video games history to feature an 'Easter Egg'.


RUBIN, OWEN

One of Atari's first coin-op programmers.


SHAW, CAROL

Programmer of games like 'River Raid', 'Checkers' and '3-D Tic-Tac-Toe'.


SHIVJI, SHIRAZ

As Atari's Vice President of Research & Development, Shiraz Shivji led the team of six engineers who successfully designed the 520ST computer in an unprecedentedly short time of five months.
Shiraz Shivji also developed the Commodore 64.
